About Our Returns Policies
Items shipped from DeMagicBox.com, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. RMA number must be assigned for all returns. Any product that is shipped to us without an RMA number may be refused, returned or 30% deduction. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an DeMagicBox.com error, up to 50% of the item’s price fee will be deducted.
Original shipping charges are none refundable even if the product was sold with free shipping special offer.
How do I return a device to DeMagicBox.com?
- Prepare device for shipping: Place your device in the original packaging, including all accessories that came with the device. You may still return a device if the box has been opened. It is not necessary to include the manual.
- Print a mailing label: Your device must be returned to DeMagicBox.com using a trackable shipping method.
- Give return package to the shipper: Please wrap the package securely, attach the return label you printed to the package, and take your return package to a drop-off location for the shipper indicated on the label. If your device is delivered to DeMagicBox.com after the end of the applicable return window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 20% of the item’s price.
How will I be refunded for a returned device or accessory?
Our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order.
Is my device covered by a limited warranty?
The device is covered by 1 year manufacturer limited warranty.
